Alyssa ReAnn Seevers

Alyssa ReAnn Seevers, the beloved infant daughter of Amanda Lynn and Derek Seevers was born on July 23, 2020 in Oklahoma City where she spent the first 25 days of her life in the NICU.  She then came to her home in Chickasha where she spent the next 61 days surrounded by her siblings, parents and family.  Until she was called home on October 18, 2020 Alyssa was everything her mother had hoped and prayed for.  She finally got her little girl.  Alyssa enjoyed all the cuddles and attention from any and everyone, especially her brothers.  She will be remembered for her unique smile and big blue eyes.  She was a beautiful princess.

She was preceded in death by her uncle Billy Lynn; grandparents Bill and Shirley Seevers; and great-grandparents James and Dee White.

Alyssa is survived by her mother Amanda Lynn; father Derek Seevers; siblings Kellsie, Jacob, Joshua, Brad, Hunter, Marshal, Chase and Korbyn; grandparents Kevin and Debbie Lynn; uncles Mark Seevers and spouse, Dennis Seevers and spouse, Dustin Lynn and spouse; aunt Melissa Lynn and spouse; and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives.

Graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 1:00pm in the Verden Cemetery, Verden, Oklahoma.

Service is under the direction of McRay Funeral Home.


Jamie Jeanette Sanders

Jamie Jeanette Sanders was born the daughter of James Jasper Sanders and Liquieta Vannalee Sanders on November 5, 1966 in Chickasha, OK.  She died on October 23, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Jamie grew up in the Chickasha area then moved to Wewoka , OK for 16 years before returning to her hometown of Chickasha.  Jamie worked as a delivery driver for Dominoes Pizza for many years until she became unable to work.  Jamie loved the outdoors and felt most at home in the Colorado mountains, where she lived for a short three years.  She loved and adored her grandchildren.

Jamie was preceded in death by her husband Tracy Linn Simmons; stepson Billy Climer; father James Sanders; mother Liquieta Sanders; brothers Earnest Sanders, Freddie Sanders, Billy Sanders; and sister Donna Rayburn.

She is survived by her son Terrance Sanders of Chickasha; stepsons Andrew Simmons of Norman, Johnny Simmons of Chickasha; stepdaughter Cassie and husband Brian Phillips of Claremore; sister Dianne and husband Randall Kendall of Fletcher; brother Hoyt Sanders of Chickasha; sister Nina and husband Gary Hightower of Chickasha; brother Aaron Sanders of Chickasha; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, friends and family that she loved deeply.

Private interment will be held in Pioneer Cemetery.  Arrangements are with McRay Funeral Home.
